welcome! i’m madison lee o’neill, creator and primary service provider of merrow esthetics.
i’ve had a passion for beauty and helping others for as long as i can remember. over time, i was driven to combine my corporate experience with that passion in order to create meaningful, confidence-boosting experiences for my clients.
i started my journey during my time as admissions leader at paul mitchell the school nyc by obtaining my lash extension certification and shadowing in esthetician courses. in december 2025, i graduated from paul mitchell the school nyc, marking the beginning of my career as a licensed esthetician.
my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where you can feel confident in your skin. i’m dedicated to supporting your individual beauty goals while promoting long-term skin health through personalized care.
